The conference aims to introduce, discuss and evaluate the issues and topics essential for fundamental problems of duty of care in company law in Central and Eastern Europe as

1) purpose and beneficiaries of the duty of care,

2) comparison of duty of care in company law with similar duties in civil law (e.g. mandate) and for other legal persons and

3) Business Judgement Rule.
