Public International Law MOOT COURT SELECTION PROCEDURE
PHILIP C. JESSUP INTERNATIONAL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION
This year the competition will be completely virtual. The teams will write two memorials (one for applicant, one for respondent) in a fictitious scenario and will subsequently plead in oral rounds in front of international judges and compete against other teams.
Topic: human rights on the Internet, data theft, the secession of part of a nation’s territory, and foreign elections interference.
Requirements: student status of the PF UK, excellent English language skills, passed International Law Course, team work abilities and dedication to work.
Apply by sending a motivation letter and CV to lipovsky@prf.cuni.cz till September 28. The selection will be in a form of a short moot on the topic of the competition.
