Department of Constitutional Law

The Department of Constitutional Law provides the courses Constitutional Law (I and II) and Theory of Law. In Theory of State, students discuss the interpretation of state, which leads to an understanding of the structure of a state, its various forms of organisation, roots and development of individual institutions related to the state, and the relationship between the state and its citizens. Constitutional Law deals with the interpretation of the constitution as the fundamental law of the state and other closely related norms.
