Jelínek, Filip

JUDr. Filip Jelínek , M.Jur.

Filip Jelínek is a research fellow and PhD candidate in constitutional law and theory at Charles University of Prague. He previously studied at the University of Oxford (MJur), Durham University (Erasmus+), and Charles University (qualifying law degree). Filip focuses on constitutional theory, and his doctoral research explores the problem of judicial standing and state omissions. He holds a SYLFF scholarship and a GAUK research project on the justiciability of state inaction and the concept of public rights. Additionally, he convenes the Prague Constitutional Seminar Series and serves as a judicial assistant at the Czech Constitutional Court.
