Programme Structure and Specialisations

Students have the opportunity to select one of three specialised study tracks:

Business and Competition Law: This specialisation covers key areas of commercial law, corporate law, and competition law. It examines the legal framework regulating business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and competition policy at both European and international levels. Students will gain a strong understanding of how law shapes the global economy and regulates the conduct of companies and markets.

Human Rights Law: This track focuses on the protection of human rights in Europe and globally. Students will explore the implementation of international human rights treaties, the role of judicial protection, and pressing current issues such as migration, minority rights, and freedom of expression. The specialisation aims to provide graduates with the expertise needed for careers in human rights advocacy, international organisations, and non-governmental institutions.

Health Law: Health law is a dynamic and rapidly developing area with strong ethical and social implications. This specialisation addresses the regulation of healthcare systems, patient rights, bioethics, and international cooperation in public health. It prepares students for roles in healthcare regulation, pharmaceutical law, and legal consultancy in the health sector.
