Růžková, Michaela

Michela Růžková is a lecturer in the Department of Legal Skills. She focuses primarily on the preparation and teaching of new courses aimed at developing legal skills. She has contributed to the creation of courses such as Introduction to Legal Studies and Fundamentals of Legal Skills I and II.

In practice, as a lawyer, she deals with the resolution of civil disputes, especially in the automotive sector and other technological areas. In addition to traditional court disputes, she is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution, whether in the form of arbitration, negotiation, or mediation.
