Call for Post-doc Positions now open (5 research themes)

The Faculty of Law opened calls for up to 5 post-doctoral fellowships (the final number of awarded fellowships is subject to the quality of application proposals by the candidates and to the final approval by the Rector´s Office of Charles University). 

The topics announced in this call are the following:

TRANSNATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN THE POST-PANDEMIC ERA

WATER LAW AND PROTECTION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND ISRAEL (DE LEGE LATA AND DE LEGE FERENDA) IN THE INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN CONTEXT

CARPATHIAN CONVENTION AND ITS APPLICATION AND ENFORCEMENT IN CZECHIA AND UKRAINE FROM THE LEGAL POINT OF VIEW

WHAT CAN (SHOULD) THE STATE OFFER TO FORCED MIGRANTS AFTER THE END OF TEMPORARY PROTECTION OR SIMILAR STATUS?

COMPENSATION IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

The application deadline is 19th July 2022 (via email – international@prf.cuni.cz or dimelise@prf.cuni.cz). Is is envisaged that the applicants will be asked to undergo online interviews in the end of July 2022.

The post-doc position(s) period is 1st January 2023 until 31st December 2024.
