The Department of Financial Law and Financial Science provides the obligatory subjects Financial Law I and II in the master’s programme of study and a number of optional courses specialised in various branches of financial law, such as Banking Law, Insurance Law, Tax Procedure, Budget Law, Accounting for Lawyers, and many others. The Department is also the guarantor of the doctoral programme of study “Financial Law and Financial Science” and the topic area Financial Law in terms of the rigorosum examination. The Department regularly organises seminars on current issues for legal professionals.
