  • Providing complex expertise in investment policy issues: serving as a Member of the Czech Delegation at EU Trade Policy Committee Services and Investment (TPC S+I), UNCITRAL Working Group III and OECD Investment Committee, participating in negotiation of Czech BITs and the process of modernization of the Energy Charter Treaty.
